To assist with scheduling your appointment, Mr. Fortune has developed a comprehensive questionnaire based upon his years of experience in this area of the law. It is intended to save you time and money and to make the best use of Mr. Fortune's time. It will only take a few minutes to complete and it will be maintained in strictest confidence. Your questionnaire will be reviewed by Mr. Fortune as soon as practicably possible after receipt. If it appears from your completed questionnaire that you have a case that Mr. Fortune may be able to help you with you will be contacted to schedule an appointment to meet with him. If your questionnaire demonstrates that Mr. Fortune will not be able to assist you, however, you will be promptly notified of that fact so that you may seek other legal representation if desired. Your initial consult fee will be fully and immediately refunded if our office does not schedule an initial meeting with you and Mr. Fortune.

Because of our small size and the limited amount of time Mr. Fortune has to dedicate to each client our office has found that it is best to have clients make payment for appointments in advance. The charge for a one-hour conference with Mr. Fortune is $295 and payment for any additional time spent during the initial conference is due at the conclusion of the meeting. Appointments are scheduled by our office upon receipt of payment for the initial hour of Mr. Fortune’s time. If you are pressed for time, you may wish to submit payment at the same time that you submit your questionnaire, as most clients do. If Mr. Fortune does not meet with you after reviewing your questionnaire, your payment will be fully and immediately refunded.

If, after your consultation, an attorney-client relationship is agreed upon, there will be a separate written representation and fee agreement signed by you and Mr. Fortune reflecting that fact, and spelling out the terms of the representation.

Payment for appointments can be made by check, money order, cash (do not mail cash) or by credit card. In order to expedite the scheduling of your meeting, credit card payments can be made online.
