In addition to working with executive employees, Mr. Fortune has dedicated
his legal career since 1985 to representing employees who have been
discriminated against due to their age, gender, race, disability,
national origin or religion. He also has significant experience representing
men and women who have been terminated or punished in some way because
of a chronic health condition; sudden or expensive medical bills;

During the past 23 years, Mr. Fortune has negotiated countless
severance packages on behalf of executives and has helped many others
obtain favorable employment contracts. He also has helped numerous

pay them a fixed "salary," no matter how many hours they
